Celebrated writer and man-of-the-people, Studs Terkel (Working, Division Street) once stood at a podium and proclaimed, “Ben Hollis will never make it big in Hollywood. He’s too real.”
I happened to be standing next to Studs when he said this. I was receiving The Studs Terkel Media Award from the Man Himself.
